Who will I actually work with?

How quickly do you reply?
Same working day in almost every case. If it takes longer, we are on a call, not ignoring you.
Where are your clients based?
Most of our clients are US-based, and we have run programs in India and East Africa as well.
What does an engagement cost?
Most retainers run between $2,500 and $7,500 a month, set by how much of the work sits with us. A one-off project can be less, and a larger program more. The audit comes first, and the number comes out of it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Month to month from the start, so you can stop whenever it stops being worth it. Every month has to earn the next one.
What happens on the first call?
We ask what you have already tried and what the number needs to be. If we are the wrong firm for it, we will say so on that call rather than send a proposal.
